Falcon EVR system - Application and functionality

Applications

Falcon EVR system is primarily designed for road transport, industrial and parking applications, as well as entrance and exit control. Besides, the system can be used for stock goods control, container tracking and also for cargo protection against theft. The system is highly adaptable and our development team can provide reliable, cost-effective system designs that meet the varying demands of all different types of users.

Functionality and cost efficiency
Falcon system uses ultra high frequency (UHF) RFID technology, because fast-moving vehicles need to be read at long distances. The reader will read a passing tag within milliseconds. Each unique electronic identification is linked to a record in the centralized vehicle database which enables fleet management and planning. Better knowledge of vehicle presence, timing and traffic density allows optimization of fleet usage.

Its application improves transportation efficiency owing to short reaction time in unexpected situations (traffic accident, traffic jam, etc.), fuel saving, and there is also an opportunity to optimize timetable owing to vehicles movement analysis and the history of events. Furthermore the system is very economical in exploitation due to low prices and easy installation of passive tags into vehicles, cheap data transfer and the possibility to use the existing street infrastructure for installation of receivers.

Safety and security

The RFID tag code is unique for each vehicle and it is virtually impossible to duplicate, and includes inherent, discreet security features. Falcon system provides security for vehicles at individual target points or across an entire chain of custody and improves safety levels for both the workers and vehicles. Moreover the tags and readers are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, sunlight, humidity, and vibration.
